The Edgar House is located in the Financial District between Nassau Street and Theater Alley. This 10-story elevator building was built in 1923 by Benjamin Wistar and converted to condominiums in 2000. It features keyed elevators, laundry room, private storage and a video intercom system. The building allows pets and washer/dryers.
